As I am sure many people know, today it was announced that Alexander McQueen has died.

It is a tragic loss for the fashion industry. McQueen (whose birthname is Lee) was an incredible designer, his aesthetic was so fantastical and he displayed an imagination that you just couldn't find anywhere else, something that I mentioned in my first post here on All That Glisters.
It seems such a shame that his life has been cut short and that we will miss out on so many years of his amazing designs.
